Soul Farming for Level 1000 Empty Soul Farming for Level 1000

I am suggesting to you guys to make a Level 1000 Area only, where you can farm Souls, because it is a pain in the butt to get Souls as a level 1000, and Azeroth is bugged right now and does not work so I can't really farm souls. I am trying to get my level 1000 paladin a lvl 1000 weapon but can't do that due to not being able to farm souls.
