Paladin Bug after DC

There was a DC from the server which happened to everyone this morning. Prior to the DC my Seal of Light was healing 790k per proc, after it is now doing 157k. Was there a nerf or did something happen?

I tried to do fixes for langauge, skills, VIP buffs, rez sickness since I had to teleport back to the mall via website then /g rez since when I loaded in I was falling  through the world. None of these fixed it.

Fixed!

Note to all players: After a DC delete your cache before logging back in. Even though I didnt have any debuffs, it was thinking I still had rez sickness and the remover tool did not fix it.
